Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Tracking
Every order includes full tracking. Your tracking link will be emailed to you once dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 days, contact us at hello@nocturnn.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions regarding regional fees.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
Your delivery is fully covered. If your package has not arrived within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at at hello@nocturnn.com. We will investigate and issue a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. If you've made an error, email hello@nocturnn.com within 12 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to catch it.
