Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery times below apply once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates in calendar days and may vary slightly depending on local customs processing and carrier volumes. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) add 2–3 additional days as a buffer.

Tracking

Every order includes full tracking. Your tracking link will be emailed to you once dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 days, contact us at orders@nocturnn.com and we'll investigate immediately.

 

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If you're unsure about duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@nocturnn.com. We'll track it down and make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

 

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. If you've made an error, email orders@nocturnn.com within 2 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to catch it.
