Refund policy
The short version
If something's wrong with your order, we'll fix it. No hoop-jumping. Email us at support@nocturnn.com and we'll sort it out within 1 business day.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
Because our products are personal care and sleep hygiene items — used directly on your face and skin — we handle issues on a case-by-case basis rather than requiring physical returns in most situations.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at support@nocturnn.com within 30 days with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Note: We may ask you to return the item to our returns address or provide a photo depending on the situation — we'll confirm this when you contact us.
Changed Your Mind
If you've received your order in full and simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days. Because our products are personal care items, we assess these on a case-by-case basis. Where items are unopened and in original packaging, we'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
We don't charge restocking fees.
Where a return is required, we'll provide the return address and instructions via email.
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Mouth tape
- Nasal strips
- Any opened consumable or single-use product
This is standard across all personal care products and is in place to protect every customer who receives a fresh, sealed product.
Unopened, sealed items may be eligible for return — contact us to confirm.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post it — that's on their end, not ours.
If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days from approval, email us at support@nocturnn.com.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Contact us at support@nocturnn.com to initiate.
Exchanges
We don't run a traditional exchange process. The fastest way to get the right product is to contact us at support@nocturnn.com — we'll assess your situation and in most cases send the correct item directly without waiting for a return.
