- We make it right. A replacement or a full refund — your choice. We'll confirm everything by email within 1 business day.

- Arrived damaged, defective, or wrong? Send a quick photo within 60 nights — we'll replace it or refund you, no need to ship it back in most cases.
- No restocking fees, ever.
About opened items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened consumables — mouth tape, nasal strips, and other single-use items — can't be returned once the seal is broken. Sealed items are always eligible. We just ask that you've genuinely given your order a proper go, not left it in the box.
